Coffee lovers may know about civet coffee. A friend in Indonesia treated me to this rare and expensive form of coffee when I visited him there. I learned a secret about the coffee later. The coffee beans are first fed to a civet to form a special flavor in the animal's stomach. The beans are collected from its waste and then made into coffee. Honestly, the coffee is very sweet. Just don't think about the process!
