Hey, girls! Kayley here. So, people ask me all the time how I or what I ask for when I get my hair cut at the hairstylist's. I just got my hair cut right before I started doing the Pretty Little Liars videos, and so I thought that this would be a good time to talk about that. Uh, probably would've been good, like, a month ago before I started that, but good time now, too. So anyway, um...I actually—this time I did something different than what I usually do.
嘿，女孩們!我是凱莉。人們常問我我去設計師那剪頭髮時是怎樣問或是會要求哪些。在我開始做《美少女的謊言》影片前，我剛剪完頭髮，所以我覺得這會是聊剪髮的好時機。呃，或許在我開始錄影片的一個月前很適合，但現在也是好時機。總之，嗯...我其實－－這次我做了一些和平常不太一樣的事。
Normally I tell them the length that I want, and then I say I want long layers and side bangs, and that's been all I've done for, like, four years. I was getting so tired of it because it was just really, really heavy, because my longest layers were all the way down here. My hair is thin, my hair is really, really straight naturally, and it would just like... like, just didn't frame my face or have any movement, and it was ughhhh.... Yeah, that! I'm sure that was attractive. Um, I'm gonna watch that back and be like, "What were you doing, Kayley?" Anyway, um...so I decided to change it up, a little bit.
通常我告訴設計師我要的長度，然後我會說我想要低層次還有旁分瀏海，我大概四年來都是那樣做。我開始覺得好膩，因為頭髮真的、真的很厚重，因為我最長的層次一直到這裡。我的頭髮很細，我的頭髮又天生就非常、非常直，它會就像這樣...像是，就是不會托出我的臉型，或有任何律動感，然後那就是呃呃啊啊啊啊... 沒錯，那樣!我敢說那樣肯定很迷人。嗯，我會回過頭看影片然後這樣說：「凱莉，妳在做什麼啊？」總之，嗯...所以我決定要改變髮型，改變一些些。
So what I did was I came in, and basically, I told my stylist she could do whatever she wanted, and this is what she did. Um...and this is what you can ask for when you go to your stylist, but give them the length that you want. So I wanted my hair to be about this length, and then ask for short layers. I'd have my layers starting right around here, um...and then tapering down. And you can talk with your stylist about what best suits, um...you know, you face shape and your hair length and all that—that would be a good thing to do. Um, but that's basically what I asked for, was that length and layers—well, she decided the layers that started right here and tapering down.

And then for the front, what we did was we cut the bangs—bangs, they're really, really long—um...so that I could part them on either side. And the way she did that was just to brush them straight down across my face and cut like this, um...for, like, that—this little portion of hair. And then for the hair in front of my ears, she tapered it down like this so if I wear my hair, like, here...you can kinda see...it does this little tapering motion. And there's not a whole lot of hair in the front anymore, which is cool. I'm good with it.
然後是前面，我們做的事是剪瀏海－－瀏海，它們超級超級長的－－呃...剪了我就可以把瀏海分到任何一邊。然後設計師她剪的方式就是把瀏海直接梳下我的臉，然後像這樣剪，呃...剪了，像是，那－－這小小一部分的頭髮。然後我耳朵前面的頭髮，她像這樣打薄，所以如果我把我的頭髮用到像是這裡...你就可以稍微看到...它有這樣尾端稍稍減少的律動感。前面不再有一大堆頭髮囉，那樣很不錯。我喜歡。
Um...but yeah, that's what it is! I think that's...that's really all I have to say about that. I always feel like I have to elaborate and talk for 10 minutes, but...maybe that's it! I think that's it.
嗯...不過對啊，就是那樣!我想那就是...那真的就是所有我該說的了。我總是覺得自己好像得描述得很清楚然後講個十分鐘，但...也許就是那樣!我想就是那樣了。
To recap, you're gonna cut your hair to here—um...if you want your hair cut like mine—hair to whatever length you want, short layers, wherever your stylist thinks would suit your hair length. Um...cut the front bangs so they can part on either side, and taper the front layers backward. That's it!
簡單複習一下，你要把你的頭髮剪到這－－呃...如果你想剪我這種髮型的話－－剪到你想要的任何長度，像是高層次，剪到任何你的設計師認為會適合你的長度的地方。呃...剪前面的瀏海好讓它們可以分到任何一邊，然後把前面的層次向後打薄。就這樣!
