I truly appreciate that, Jennifer. However, this is the reality. They've decided to cap the salary for your pay grade. And you won't be seeing a raise this year. I know you're top project manager and your deliverables are first rate. It's just that you're already making 25 percent more than the top of your pay grade. And the company feels they needed to cap the salary. I have to say, I'm partly to blame. I kept fighting for your pay increases even though I knew we were out of our range. We want to pay you more; it's just that we've hit our limit.
