One: Play some relaxing music.

First things first, if you're feeling a bit stressed, the first thing you can do is play some relaxing music. Then you can also light some scented candles. Both of my candles are from Bath & Body Works, but honestly, they don't really smell that good. And lastly, don't forget to turn on your fairy lights.

The second thing you can do is put on some comfier clothes because going around in jeans isn't always the most comfortable thing. So put on some sweatpants and a sweatshirt, lay in your bed, and chill and relax.
第二件你可以做的事情就是穿上舒適一點的衣服,因為穿著牛仔褲走來走去不總是最舒服的事情。所以穿上寬鬆的運動褲和運動衣,躺在床上,放鬆休息。
Three: Read or watch a movie in bed...whatever makes you feel good.
三:在床上讀本書或看部電影...做任何讓你覺得舒服的事情。
Number three is read or watch a movie, whatever makes you feel good. I personally love reading, but I'm also such a movie person, like, movies are amazing. I love watching movies, and I do it way too much. And since it's December, why not watch a Christmas movie?

Four: Drink hot drinks!

So drink some tea, or maybe you're a coffee person. Drink some hot drinks. It doesn't matter what type of drink, but I personally find that drinking some tea really relaxes me. And I like tea, so...

Five: Put on a face mask.

So, I actually love face masks. And this one is my favorite, so I definitely recommend to put on a face mask if you're feeling a bit stressed. It also cleans your pores.
我其實很愛面膜。這款是我最愛的,所以如果你壓力有點大的話,我絕對推薦你敷面膜。這還能清潔你的毛孔。
Six: Ignore all your responsibilities/homework.
六:拋開你所有的責任/作業。
And last but not least, ignore all of your responsibilities.
最後但同樣重要的,先拋開你所有的責任吧。
