You probably wake up every day going to a job that you hate, every day, busting your butt to make another company rich. You're doing something every single day that you probably wouldn't be doing if you had the choice. You have to do what you love. You have to think outside the box. Our time on this planet is limited. A good question to ask yourself is, Are you living, or are you just alive? Take the word "excuses" and put it in the trash. You probably have a dream of something that you want to accomplish, and if you want to be good at it, keep doing what you're doing. But if you want to be great, then pay attention.
你可能每天起床去做一份你討厭的工作，每天，操得半死來讓別的公司賺錢。你每天在做著某件如果你有選擇就可能不會去做的事。你必須要從你所愛。你必須要跳脫框架思考。我們在這世上的時間有限。一個問問你自己的好問題是：你是在生活，還是你只是活著？拿走「藉口」這個詞，把它丟到垃圾桶。你可能擁有某件想達成的事的夢想，而如果你想要做得好，繼續做你現在做的事。但如果你想要變得優秀，那就注意聽。
If you want to become great at it, then take that television set of yours and abolish it. Those friends that you hang out with all the time that have no ambition, no plans, no goals—cut them off. Get up one hour earlier each day, and go to bed one hour earlier each day. Read and study every single day. I didn't say three days a week; I said every single day. Find the top 10 books in the field in whatever you wanna become great in, and read those books. You don't need to go read a thousand books, just read those 10 books a thousand times.

I believe deeply in my heart that we should spend the time here on this planet doing what we love to do, doing what our heart leans towards. And it wouldn't really be considered work because we love it and we enjoy it, and we probably would do it—regardless if we got paid or not. And if you were a millionaire, you probably still would be doing it today because you love it so much, and you know what that is. Are you doing that today?

You might be at a job today that maybe you just can't leave, and maybe you don't really have the time to go out there and really pursue your dreams, and really do what it is that you love. But this message is not for everybody. Not everybody is gonna have that passion, that desire, to do what it takes to get things done.
你也許現在在一個可能你就是沒辦法離開的工作上，也許你不真的有時間走出去，然後實際追尋你的夢想，然後真的做你所愛的事。但這訊息不是給所有人的。並非每個人都會有那種熱情、那種渴望，去從事需要做的那些事以能達成目標。
But me personally, the last job I had, I worked as a para in a middle school. I worked with a particular student, going...helping him from class to class, helping him with his work. And day by day, class by class, I sat there watching the clock, waiting for the bell to ring. Until one day, I sat in 8th period class watching the clock tick and tock, and I said to myself right there and then, "When that bell rings, I'm gonna get up, I'm gonna walk out, and I'm never coming back."

I decided that I was going to pursue my dreams. I decided that I was going to do whatever it took. It was a bold move, but everybody can't do that. Everybody won't do that, and I don't encourage that. But what I do encourage is having a plan. And we know a goal without a plan is a daydream. Snap out of it! Get focused.
我決定我要去追尋我的夢想。我決定我要放手一搏。那是個很大膽的舉動，但不是每個人都能那樣做(註一)。不是每個人都會那樣做，而且我並不鼓勵那樣做。但我所支持的事是訂一個計畫。我們都知道沒有計畫的目標只是個白日夢。醒醒吧!集中注意力。
If you stayed here to watch this video up until now, I'm talking to you. Do what the heck you need to do to accomplish your goals! Learn, study, to become great. And if you have a bill to pay and you have a family to take care of, don't make any unwise decisions by go quitting your job and having your family suffer. That's not what I'm talking about.

But what I am talking about is having a plan—between this time and this time, I'm gonna do whatever I need to do to become great, and at the end of that, I will become great. At the end of that, someone is going to pay me to do what it is that I love, and at the end of that, I can quit my job. And during this time, I'm gonna be learning and learning, and they say the more that you learn, the more that you will earn, and that's a known fact. I didn't just quit my job without a plan. You have to think, you have to plan, and you gotta do it. Just do it!
但我說的事是擬一個計畫－－這時間和這時間之間，我要去做任何變優秀該做的事，而在那最後，我將變得出色。在那最後，有人會來付錢請我做我所愛的事，在那最後，我就可以辭掉我的工作。而在這段時間裡，我會不斷學習，而人們說「你學得越多，你就獲得越多」，那是公認的事實。我不是沒有計畫就辭掉工作。你必須要思考、你必須要規劃，而且你必須要去行動。做就對了!
Some of you may need a year or two to plan or to make a decision. Some of you will make a decision before the conclusion of this video. But whatever decision that you decide to do, make sure you use wisdom, make sure you seek guidance. Seek guidance from someone who may already be doing what it is that you wanna do. Find a mentor. Find a coach.

And you have to figure out a way to develop a strategy to earn some type of income while you break away from your current circumstances, so that you can quit a job, and go and pursue your dreams. But it's not gonna be easy.

Somebody's life is gonna be changed today.
