Easter is a religious holiday celebrated by Christians to remember the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

As written in the New Testament of the Bible, Christians believe Jesus was betrayed by His disciple Judas shortly after the Last Supper. The day of His crucifixion is commemorated by Christians as a holiday called Good Friday.
