This is my kitchen. And I've missed you guys. It's been a long time since we've filmed in here, since we've baked in here, and you've been asking for recipes. And I've been digging around, doing research, trying to find really delicious, slightly healthier versions of things that I love. And one thing I love...is pancakes.
這是我的廚房。我好想你們。離上次在這拍影片和烘焙已經過好久了,然後你們大家一直在討食譜。所以我就到處找、一直研究,試著找出我愛的美食的超美味、健康微升級的版本。而我愛的一樣東西...就是美式鬆餅。
These aren't just any old pancakes. These are super easy to make, nutrient-rich, delicious pancakes—who doesn't want that? It's a super simple recipe. Three ingredients: one egg, one banana, and a handful of oats. So, you kinda can't mess it up. Enough talking about pancakes. Let's go make them so we can eat them!
這些可不是什麼普通的美式鬆餅喔。這些是做起來超容易、營養滿分又美味的美式鬆餅--誰不想要啊?這食譜十分簡單。三種材料:一顆雞蛋、一根香蕉、一把燕麥。你很難搞砸這道料理。聊夠鬆餅了。讓我們來動手做,這樣才可以動口吃!
Step one: You'll take your banana. And it can be a ripe banana; it can be a mushy banana. It doesn't really matter. All you have to do is smoosh it. Step number two: Take your egg; crack it into your...banana. Step number three: Take your oats and add them in. And whisk again.
第一步:拿出香蕉。香蕉可以是熟的香蕉;也可以是軟軟的香蕉。都沒關係。你要做的就只有把香蕉壓爛。第二步:把蛋拿出來;敲開加進香蕉裡。第三步:把燕麥拿來加進去。再次攪拌。

Vanilla is always a good thing to add—just for, you know, a little sweetness. I love the smell of it, to be honest, even if you don't taste it. Also, another favorite thing of mine to add is cinnamon. Cinnamon and bananas, I think, are just a match made in heaven. So, our pancakes are looking and smelling good.

Okay, you can use any kind of oil. Personally, I'm a big fan of coconut oil. I like putting it in my pancakes; I like putting it on my body—wherever you wanna put coconut oil. It's healthy; it's natural. It's really moisturizing, to be honest. Now, take your batter and scoop out, you know, a nice little, a nice little knob there. A little pancake tip here: If you make them small, they're easier to flip, and they cook faster.
好,你可以用任何一種油。我個人超愛椰子油。我喜歡在美式鬆餅裡加椰子油;我喜歡在身上塗椰子油--你想在哪加椰子油都可以。它很健康;它很天然。說真的,椰子油十分滋潤。現在,把麵糊拿來,舀出一小團。有個做美式鬆餅的小祕訣:如果你把它們弄得小小的,它們翻起來會更容易,而且也會更快熟。
(Cook for two to three minutes on each side.)

Voila! Our three-ingredient pancakes: eggs, banana, gluten-free oats...and we added a little vanilla, a little cinnamon—add whatever you like. Those are my favorites. And the final touch that all pancakes need, even if they're healthy, a little maple syrup. Okay, maybe a lot of maple syrup. As good as this looks, it smells even better, and it's gonna taste delicious.
鏘鏘!我們的只要三種材料的美式鬆餅:雞蛋、香蕉、無麩質燕麥...然後我們加了一點點香草、一點點肉桂--你喜歡什麼就加什麼。那些是我的最愛。接著是所有美式鬆餅都需要的最後潤飾,就算是健康的鬆餅也一樣,些許楓糖漿。好吧,或許是超多楓糖漿。這美式鬆餅的外表很美,不過聞起來更棒,而且一定會超好吃。
